Booking Conditions

• While booking your flight, you must ensure that all the details in your itinerary, including your name, are accurate based on your passport. Once the ticket has been issued, you may be unable to make changes afterwards. You may modify your flight itinerary after providing some additional charges that will completely depend on the airline’s or ticket’s terms.
• Your tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-changeable, unless and until stated otherwise.
• The information you provide during your booking process will be shared with the relevant suppliers or persons directly or indirectly involved in your travel arrangements. For example, the customs or immigration office receives your information in accordance with the law, or the credit card checking companies. 
• You will receive your ticket after the payment process is completed. If any problem is encountered during the payment, we will inform you as soon as possible by email or phone. 
• You must contact your airline directly for the latest update on baggage policies or for any information about them.
• To reserve your ticket, you must pay the full amount, which includes the base fare, applicable government taxes and surcharges, and the convenience fee.
• We have the right to refuse to issue you the ticket if we don’t receive the full payment.

Cancellation & Refund

• We process your refund per the airline's refund policy through which you made your booking.
• You will be refunded for your cancellation when we get the money from the airline. However, the convenience fee that you have paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
• Your refund processing time varies based on your bank, the payment method you used, and more.
• You will receive the refund in the original form of payment that you used at the time of booking.
• You are not provided with the refunded amount at the time of cancellation.
• You can only use your itinerary in the sequence you have booked. If you miss any of your flights, all subsequent flights will be cancelled automatically, and the amount you paid for the ticket will be forfeited.

Passport, Visa, and Health 

• You must stay updated regarding the visa and passport requirements, as they can change at any time, and you have to consult the relevant embassy.
• You must carry all the required documents for boarding, entering, transiting, or stopping in another country. We are not liable if you refuse to board or go through the immigration process because you failed to meet the document requirements in accordance with the airport authority or the country you are visiting.
• We don’t guarantee your entrance to your international trip; we just provide you with your booking tickets.
• We are not representing any international travel and are not responsible for any loss or damage you may experience during your travel.
• You must ensure that you take the vaccinations or health-related documents required to enter your international destination and meet with your doctor before your travel.
• We are not liable if you are denied boarding due to health-related issues or vaccination requirements.

INDEMNIFICATION

You acknowledge to defend and indemnify Reservationsdeal, its affiliates, partners, joint ventures and/or their respective suppliers and any of their respective managers, directors, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, demands, causes of action, damages, penalties, recoveries, fines, losses, or other costs or expenses of any kind or nature including but not limited to reasonable legal and accounting fees.

RELEASE

For any dispute you raise for a travel product or against a travel supplier, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, car rental service providers, cruise lines, vacation packages, you agree to release us, our partners, directors, managers, employees, and affiliates from claims.

Site Usage and Ticket Purchase 

You validate that you are at least 18 years old and hold the legal authority to enter into this agreement and use our site while maintaining all the terms and conditions herein.  While using our site and making a reservation on behalf of another person, you agree to inform that person regarding all the terms and conditions that apply to the booking and travel reservations that you have made on their behalf, which includes all the rules and restrictions that apply to their reservation and these terms and conditions. You also agree to be financially accountable for all the uses on our site from your account, whether done by you or others accessing your account. Moreover,  you are responsible for any bookings and reservations made by a person under your control. You are also accountable for all the information provided to us by you or anyone on your behalf, including your family members, being correct, accurate, and complete. 

Our Liability Limitation 

We only make purchasing your service from us easier and more convenient. You and the activity provider are the only parties to whom the transaction and the services have been exchanged. In this transaction, ReservationsDeal will not be liable for:

• Any loss, damage, harm, malfunction, accident, delay, irregularity, demise, scheduled modification, erroneous information, cancellation without justification, inadequate service or product, or cancellation that is beyond any controllable circumstances of the service provider. 
• Any issue in the health, well-being, or safety of the user during or after using the service
• Any incorrect statement provided by you.

Note: The agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA. Thus, if there is any dispute relating thereto, it shall be subject to the competent jurisdiction of the courts.
